No accounts required. No login needed to use an app. Nothing is stored online when you use your AGENT App. We do not use cookies for advertising. We do not use analytics that identify individual users.
Your app data stays on your device. After the first load, AGENT Apps work fully without an internet connection. Your notes, settings, and usage stay local in your browser's storage. Nothing is sent to any server during normal app use.
When you purchase an app through eBay or our payment system, we store only what is needed to fulfill your order:
We do not store credit card numbers, passwords, or any personal health or financial information you enter into the apps.
You have the right to request deletion of your fulfillment record at any time. To request deletion, email us at mail@fenclwebdesign.com with your order number. We will confirm deletion within 5 business days.
AGENT Apps use your browser's localStorage to save your data locally. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it. To delete your app data, clear your browser's site data or localStorage for the app's URL. See Restore for how to back up before clearing.
